Title: MC not playing BD properly

I am trying to watch Total Recall 2012. It is the Directors cut but I cant choose to play the theatrical version.

So it defaults to the Directors cut and there is no audio during the directors cut to the making of the movie.

I am sure I am doing something wrong, could some point me in the right direction so I can watch the movie?

Did you have a look at the Title List? eg if using a Keyboard --> Right Click --> Titles and/or (if using a Remote Control) use the Up Arrow key to you get to Settings --> Title
