Title: Mp4 files play fine on Galaxy Note II but not on Computer

I have a new Samsung Galaxy Note II and I have taken a few movies that playback fine on the phone but when transferred to my computer the files do not play correctly. The video is very jumpy and the sound is not synced. I am able to play other MP4 files fine using MC17, Zoom Player and VLC on the computer so I dont think it is a codec problem and it is just the movie files from the phone that dont want to playback correctly using all three of those programs. I just upgraded to 17.0.189. Any help is appreciated.
