Title: MC18 purchasing problem.....

I have try to purchase MC18 several times but I can not. What can I do?
Please see the attached file.
I fill in everything correct as far as I know.

I'd try without the umlaut in Malmo?

Dunno whether the MC purchase server is going to like odd punctuation :)

I just had a chance to look at our logs.  The transactions are "denied".  This means that the problem concerns the credit card approval.  It isn't anything we can correct.
