Did you try removing Malmo?  It shouldn't cause a problem, but I don't see any other reason it should fail.

Would it be possible for you to try Paypal?  I'm not sure why it's not accepting the transaction for that card.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Remove Malmo? No I have not try that. Should I?
Maybe there is something wrong in your database about my information?
Last time when I payed MC17 I did not have any problem. It was the same Mastercard.
I use to pay a lot over the internet with both Mastercard and Diners.
OK, I will try to remove Malmo and then i let you know. Otherwise I can try to use Paypal.
Thanks.

I don't know what the problem may be.  You could call your credit card company to see if they are rejecting it.

Is it possible that you have written some of the text wrong? You should contact your bank and get a mail of all the card details, so you could check. Could it be a simple error in the address, or possibly the missing State/Province field?

If that does not work, I would try to add the card to a paypal account and use paypal to pay. The second thing would be to try a Visa card if possible.

Any way... The error message you get indicates that there's a problem with the information you've written in the form. Not an error on JRiver side.

Believe me, there is no problem with the information i have written! I repeat as I wrote before: I do this many times. Almost every day. I believe the problem is at your side! About the missing state/province field. That is on your side. We donīt have states or provinces in my country. So nothing for me to fill in.
Maybe the phonenumber? Your server maybe not accept + ? Or space? I will try that as well.

Yes, try 00 instead of + in the phone number. Not all places that accepts + I think.

But generally though, I would advice you to use services like Paypal. It simplifies such transactions very much. If you do it as often as you say, there would be some few benefits.

I have a Paypal account as well. But I wonder why the Mastercard donīt work at JRiver.
I just now bought a bunch of batteries with no problem for example with the same card.

I have had similar issues on my AMEX card with the Umlaut in the past. Have you tried Malmo without the Umlaut?

Really? You mean the dots over o. I normally use ö but that is a good idea as well.
OK I have some tip here from you folks... I let you know the outcome very soon.

Screenshot? I donīt believe there is a screenshot when I pay?
Anyway, I have try everyting now. With or without +, 00, o, ö, space in phonenumre, no space and so on.
I still believe there is something wrong at your side. I have never had this problem before.
Anyway, now I have pay through paypal.
