Title: DVD Rips Fail MC 18 build 106
Post by: msch997 on January 06, 2013, 04:58:30 pm
Hi

I am trying to rip a DVD directly using MC's built in rip feature . The process gets as far as setting up for the rip, but when I press "Rip", it fails every time. Up until that time, everything appears to be correct; correct drive, plenty of disk space; correct location. Each time I get back an error dialog saying "Ripping failed. Would you like the incomplete ripped data deleted? Y/N". The process gets as far as creating the directory structure, a bunch of IFO and BUP files, and one very truncated VOB file.

Any ideas please

I'm seeing this as well but it is not on all discs.  I tried a completly different one and it was OK.  I've not worked out the pattern yet.
