Title: No subwoofer output [solved]

I just purchase MC18 and the install went smoothly.  The PC is a new diy build with an Intel i3 processor which supports HD audio.  I have an issue with both MC18 and iTunes in that I get no subwoofer output.  My receiver is an Onkyo 3007  (two subwoofer pre-outs which are connected to my sub amp).  On the TV music channels (Time Warner Cable) I do get output from the subwoofers.

I did go to the DSP tab (set to 5.1 since no option for 5.2 which I am running on the Onkyo) to make settings which I thought would give me subwoofer output but with no success.  Any thoughts on how to get the subs making "noise" would be greatly appreciated.

Cancel the order.  I found the problem.

What was the problem. It would be nice to know to look out for it (I have two 5007s, a 1007 and a 5010).
