Title: not getting Loudness option

Upgraded from 17 to 18.108 last week & just loaded 18.112 & am not getting the loudness option in the drop down box at the top left in audio the little speaker next to the volume slider or the other 2 places I read about . Do I need to uninstall 17 ? Must DSP be engaged to use loudness ?

I think you need to be using Internal Volume.
