Title: Theater Views vs. Standard View - Time difference

I'm checked everything I can find so far and for the life of me can't figure out why the standard view of the local TV (OTA) shows the correct time but the theater view timing is 4 hours later. The standard shows the full channel scan of the theater view only shows a few of the channels.

Is there some setting somewhere to check?
