Title: Touchscreen Jukebox?

I know this seems to get posted under each version of MC, but are there any thoughts to a "jukebox" skin that would emulate the touchscreen jukeboxes that you see in bars? Something that would allow the selecting of letters A,B,C, etc. and looking up artist?

Or is there already something that I am missing?

Doesn't look like it will make MC18, but there's always MC19. Hope springs eternal!

If you have an ipad - see the jremote app.  I used this with a $30 bluetooth reciever plugged into my stereo and it works.  Maybe not exactly what you are looking for but a start.

This actually sounds like a good idea for an app, you might try posting on the 'Third Party' board to see if there is any interest in development of such a beast (on inclusion in one of the existing apps).

I am really interested in the jukebox screen as well (with many lock down controls).  If this could be incorporated it would eliminate my need to use other software during parties!!
