Title: Feature request: "Show All" option in Program Guide in Standard View

When browsing the TV Guide grid in Theater View I can scroll the program listings for days or even weeks. But in Standard View it only shows one day at a time and I constantly have to change the date in the combo box to see more than one day into the future.

Can we please have a "Show All" option as a default in this combo box to just get one long list of all the programs that the XMLTV-source is able to show? Then we can always filter the list by day if/when we want to.

The reason it's like this is that I felt it got a little confusing to know what day you were looking at if you have one huge list.

One tip that might help is that you can mousewheel over the day box to easily change days.
