Title: DL JR18 for trial...

Downloaded JR18 yesterday for a trial.  Every since then, audio will run maybe 4-7 minutes and then just stop.  Even does it when playing Pandora or trying to get JR17 running again.

Does JR18 have something going on with it that would cause such a problem???

No.  Try setting audio to DirectSound.

direct sound did not work.  Am getting message "Rundll32" has stopped working.  Have had working JR17 for awhile with no problems.  This all started after implementing JR18 for a trial.

I found another problem, and it appears this has nothing to do with JR18, at least it has not failed now for 20 minutes.  Funny how unrelated things can go wrong at the same time.Thanks for the support on a Sunday.  :0)

BTW, JR18 seems result in a better sq, at least from this system.
