Title: Windows 2000 - Any problem for MJ? Suggested tweaks and settings?
Post by: Bob L. on April 10, 2002, 09:45:35 am
Hello everyone,

I'm looking into setting up a dedicated MJ system for my audio system and wonder if there are any problems using W2K and if there are any recommended setup tweaks/settings.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Bob L - I've been using W2K with MJ 7 and 8 for a long time. There are no particular issues from the O/S side.

I've also used MJ on W2kPro with no problems.  My userid has administrator authority.

I also use W2K - no problems, as long as you do NOT USE the AudioWerk 8 soundcard (pretty expensive, semi-professional card).
When I use that one MJ now and then crashes BIG time (including W2K crash).
