Title: What about the skin manager?

I asked this in a separate thread like JimH suggested because i haven't the answer.

Before in mc 12,13,14,15 we have a skin selector with a link to the skin page ,
we just need to click and the skin installed itself.  why remove this functionality?

The Skin Manager may return, but it will be a while.

ah i was suspecting anything with the core  program
