Or do we have to wait for the "239 build" bugs to be fixed until RC1 comes out ?
-
No, there will be several more builds. Maybe today.
-
Yippie...a build today (maybe)...we are so ready for another build, right?? (gang)
-
The appearance of this one may be significantly different, but it will not be the final appearance. Nikolay and Matt have reimplimented mega skinning and the initial skin isn't set. In the near future, we'll offer a few choices for the mega skin.
-
yupiiiiii, yesssssss!!!!!!
Mega-me skinning!!!
playing: "I'm so excited", Pointer Sisters, mpc, xtreme encoded
-
I had a feeling full Mega-ME skinning was going to return soon (with the preview in last release being there).
-
Yeah, you are not the only ones waiting for mega-me skinning
-
Here's the xml code that controls it.

More Questions.
Is this for Windows XP Also?
-
Yes. I saw it today on XP.

Any chance of adding more control selections to internal Lame,
like Joint Stereo in CBR mode?

-
Durgame,
You can use any Lame option you want!! It's all there. Just choose Custom quality and press the Advanced button...then specify any Lame command-line options you want.
-
Where would you find the command line options?
-
If I'm not mistaken, you cannot use command line options with the internal, or .dll version of LAME. You CAN use them with the external, or .exe version. You can get the commands and help printed to a text file by opening a DOS prompt, change directory to where the file LAME.EXE is, and execute this command:
LAME.EXE -h > lamehelp.txt
You can get lame here:
http://mitiok.cjb.net/
-
You CAN use custom command line options in MJ's LAME plugin for MJ8.
Choose "MP3 Encoder" as your encoder. This is LAME. For Quality, choose "Custom" and then click the Advanced button.
-
Doof and ZRocker,
I'm aware of that option, but most people do not remember
all (or even some) of the options for CBR, VBR and ABR.
Adding some here, so you could scroll, would also work.

Need some help identifying the new blue search window. Changed most of the colors in list and tree to something less dramatic. Now need a hand in figuring out if the search bar is a bitmap or a color code, and where it is located in the XML document.
As always, any help appreciated.

Machinehead :
The line that's referring to the background for the search box is :
As you can see, it is a bitmap. If you change this bitmap into another color, you got what you want.
Hope this helps
