I'm evaluating MC 18 on a WinXP SP3 laptop. Thumbnails will appear in other Theater View screens except "Showroom" mode. All that appears in showroom mode is a bunch of blank thumbnails. I can manipulate the tiles with my touchscreen but, they're still blank. I downloaded all of the latest drivers for the Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family. Yet, I still get an "Error Drawing using Direct3D (Device lost)" upon Theater View start-up. I did try searching this site as well as the entire internet and could find no suggestions.
Please help.
Many thanks.

Welcome.
I wonder if it's this same problem, which will hopefully be fixed in the next build:

I read that thread and, I guess it could be the same problem. I get the cover art okay in all but the Showroom view where I get the blank tiles. I guess there's no way to get the .026 version until it's officially released which may be past my evaluation time.
I did install MC 18 on two other machines...a netbook running WinXP and Intel graphics with the same results. I also installed it on a laptop running Win 7 Pro with an NVidia graphics chipset and it worked fine. Is there a problem with supporting the Intel integrated graphics chipset I wonder?
Thanks.

It was released earlier today:

Sorry for the trouble.
