what does it do ? when to use this tool ?

It is for replaygain.  Used for audio files so they play at a similar loudness.

when i import audio by drag and drop new audio files. can i make auto_analyze ( like in ripping ) ?

1 what  data tags are created by analyze process (like "reply gain") ?
2 how analyze influence gizmo player  ?

You can make analyze run in background. Go to "Tools -> Options -> Library & Folders". Make sure to activate "Run auto-import in background" and then select "Configure auto-import". At the lower part of the window you can select "Analyze audio". As far as I understand, it not only analyzes files at import but also analyzes your already imported files.

Analyze uses the following tags:

To configure how the automatic volume adjustment is used by MC go to "Player -> DSP Studio" and select "Volume Leveling" at the left.
