Title: Several Cue/Wave files are not importing unless I rename
Post by: InflatableMouse on January 31, 2013, 10:38:04 am
Actually the wav file imports, but it doesn't pick up the CUE sheets for the tracks and now I can't split them into individual tracks. When I rename both files to, lets say "temp.cue" and "temp.flac" and change the name in the CUE sheet to reflect the new name, it works fine. With the original name CDImage for both files and inside the CUE sheet, it doesn't work.

Has anyone else seen this or know why this is? I need to rename dozens of files  ...

Maybe you have checked the "Ignore files previously removed from library" option?

Then perhaps workaround 4 here http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=77794.msg528036#msg528036 applies.

Thanks, I'll have a look.

For now I've manually renamed all the files and edited all the CUE sheets to reflect the name change.
