Title: low bitrate files won't play -- can't find plug in for conversion
Post by: peter w on April 09, 2002, 08:36:39 am
I have a number of files on my hard drive that I had previously converted from mp3 to wav.  For whatever reason, they ended up with a low bit rate -- something like 176.  They will not play in Media Jukebox installed on my D drive under WinXP, but they DO play on Media Jukebox installed on my C drive under WinME.  In the MJ 'Help" file there is reference to a conversion procedure that will work in line while importing files, but it is not clear where to find the plug in or how to employ it.  I'd rather just have it workin XP as it does in ME.  What can I do?  Thanks.  Pete Wilson
