Title: Forced subtitles

I cannot get forced subtitles to show up correctly on the Blu-ray version of Seven Psychopaths.  Can anyone enlighten me on how to get this to work.  I have selected "show only subtitles if different from audio language or in a side car file" and my default language is English...  I have also selected default subtitle language as English.  Any help would be appreciated.

On Blu-rays you may need to manually select the proper subtitle stream yourself, because Blu-rays don't carry any information which stream is for "full" subtitles, and which is for "forced".
