HI ALL!!!
I have made a new cool mega-me skin that is perfect in the blue mode in windows xp
i have also made a Mega-Me Skin Selector so its a lot easyer to use a new skin

I must be doing something wrong here...I can only see that it is the player window that changes.

Could you possibly give a few simple instructions for the dummies in how to do it right?

Guide For Dummies...

1. Besure That You Have Installed Media Jukebox At The Standard Dir And On The C: Drive (c:\program files\j river\media jukebox\)
1a. If You Not Have Installed It The Right Place You Need To Do That First Or Put The Skins Into The Dir By Your Self
2. Besure That You Have Media Jukebox 8.0.239 Or Better...
2a. If You Not Have That version Download It Here ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/MediaJukebox8.exe
3. Download The Program From http://doof.webryders.com/MJ/Downloads/Misc/Mega-Me%20Skin%20Selector.zip
4. Unzip It You Can Use Winrar As Me Download It Here (www.rarsoft.com
5. Start The Program And Select A Skin And Press Install
6. Now Restart Media Jukebox
7. Enjoy Your New Skin

When I run the installer I get:

Directory already exists
Invalid switch - /Q
Invalid directory
Too many parameters - files
Too many parameters - river
Too many parameters - jukebox
Invalid directory
Invalid switch - /Q
File not found - *.bmp
       0 file(s) copied

Something seems to be wrong.

Hmm i think its becouse i have made it with some DOS Bat files... you have to copy the BMP files manualy if you want to use other mega-me skins than the standard one..

Somebody post a picture of this Mega-Me skin here so we can all see what it looks like!  Personally, the XP-look (scheme) makes me puke...I had to dump it quickly.

It shows...nice stuff.

I use the poorman's utility...Paint Shop Pro...love it, but Adobe is the richman's choice (and a very nice package too...it should be for the $$$ it costs).
