Title: Movie Cover Art--what am I doing wrong?

Hi there

I'm new to JRiver.  I've managed to import my movie library (mp4 & mkv) no problems but can't figure out how to get cover art on the thumbnail display.  I found the context menu that gets art and info from IMDb, rotten tomatoes etc.; it loads the art and info, I click OK to use the found info and....nothing happens.  Still no cover art on the thumbnail, just the first frame of the video.  What's the trick?
