Title: advanced import options - fix/remove broken links

I can't find "advanced import options" - the relevant wiki is dated December 06 -
  Library is a mess-  needs fix/remove broken links, and update library for external file change

where do I find these tools?

Tools > Import... > Configure Auto-Import.
