Title: playback issue
Post by: tpinckard on February 20, 2013, 01:13:49 pm
Dear tech support

I am having an issue with JRMC18.  I get int interruptions in playback.  Little/quick stop/start like a pause that lasts a split second.  Maybe a buffering issue.  I tried switching cabled to my drive and dac and that was no help.  I also tried increasing the buffering to 100% under Kernal Streaming.  No help.  I tried WASPI-EVENT STYLE still no help!  I also tried re-installing the program and still no help!

Can someone please offer some possible fixes for tis issue?  Program is used for music only from a local hard drive.  Otherwise plays great.

Thanks Much for the help

This is exactly the type of issue that virus checkers/firewalls create. Try disabling whichever anti-virus software you have and then try again. If this fixes it, see if you can make MC output a trusted program, or an exception to the normal rules.
