Title: MC18 DLNA Server Convert Settings (Uncompressed)
Post by: AndrewFG on February 23, 2013, 11:32:30 am
I see that in addition to MC's two "Always Convert No Header" settings, there are also two "Uncompressed" choices.

Can anyone please confirm that "Uncompressed" is the same as WAV? Or is it equivalent to AIFF?

Furthermore can anyone advise what sample rates are supported for "Uncompressed" - is it only 44.1kHz and 48Khz, or does it also support higher bit rates?

They are PC style little endian WAV files, not big endian AIFF.
The rate choices are "same as source", 44.1k and 48k.
