Title: File type association

Is there a way of preventing MJ from
associating itself with inappropriate file
types (such as .doc, .exe, etc.)?  When I
installed it, I thought I had only made
the association with a small number of
file types, but I found MJ had associated
itself with many others quite inappropriately.
