I am recent iTunes snubber, vowing to quit all thing Apple, so I went out, found out that this little program called "J River Media Center" is the absolute best. 45 days and 300 GB later, all of my music has been re-ripped into lossless FLAC files. Yay. So, I went to sync my Cowon X9 (a whole different chapter in my "hate Apple" campaign, and I forgot to change a setting, so J River started creating .mp3 files to put on the device. I corrected that, sync'd my device with the FLAC files and all is well. However, I noticed that there was still a "stacked" icon on each track that got converted, pointing to the .mp3 that J River created. I deleted the conversion files (Hard Drive space is getting tight), but the "stacked" icon is still there.
So my dumb question is, how do I get rid of that icon that points to files no longer present?
(J River really is pretty darn cool, by the way)

Doing this from memory so may not be exact...
Select all of the affected files.
Right-click.
Should be some sort of option to expand stacks.
ctrl-click to select all the ones you want to delete.
Shift-del.
Choose the appropriate option in the prompt.
