Title: "Number Plays" and DLNA

I am attempting to use "Number Plays" as a way to keep track of TV shows ready for deletion that have been watched via DLNA.  So, my plan was to only display shows for playback that have been watched less than 2 times and also have a smartlist that contains shows that have been watched 2 times or more that I can then later manually delete in MC (watch a show, then just restart it briefly to put it in the "delete list").

The problem is that this field seems to be increased multiple times even though it has only been watched once via DLNA.  One show had "Number Plays" of 2 after watching it once and another had 5?  I'm not sure if the issue might be caused by pausing or fast forwarding?
