I third this request.  I make heavy use of song ratings, and this would be a very welcomed feature.

I would love this feature.
Currently enjoying using JRemote on my iphone which allows rating of songs when away from home, but may be moving to android phone in near future.
I am CONSTANTLY rating my music (OCD!) as I listen on-the-go, so this would be fantastic!

im now officially on galaxy note 2 and missing jremote when I'm away from the house - need to rate songs on the go without having to sync the note!!

Switched to a note 3 yesterday from an iPhone.

JRemote was the bee's knees. The updating of track ratings and tags was seamless. Somewhat disappointed to discover gizmo does not offer the same functions.

They are something I would very much like to see.

Is there something new about this feature request? I would really appreciate rating/tagging possibilities within gizmo.
