Title: Multiple audio folders as database location
Post by: nieuweronde on March 01, 2013, 02:20:32 am
Can someone tell please me how I specify multiple folders for my AUDIOfiles? I have 2 separate TB disks on which I have AUDIOfiles and I want JRiver to see them both

somewhere in menu you need to configure where autoimport looks for files.  i think if you go tools->options and search for import it comes up.( search bar is at bottom of dialog box)

Yes this is for auto import but NOT for the database

The database is stored in a single location only, regardless of how many folders you import.

What are you trying to achieve because I'm not sure I understand.

Well that's what auto import is for.

You configure the different folders to import on each drive and MC takes care of its database in the background.

You can read more about Importing in the Wiki (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Import).
