Title: Song title in Windows 7 Notification Area Tooltip

Hi

I know about the Writeplaying plugin to update the taskbar with the track title. Is there anything that will display a tooltip in the Win7 notification area containing the track title when the track changes, similar to VLC Player. Would work great when Media Center 18 is minimised or not in focus.

Actually, "when the track changes" is not all that helpful, since it assumes you are always looking at it.

A "mouseover tooltip" with track info, is implemented in many other players.

Unfortunately that only seems to be on Track Change... but may be sufficient for the OP.

Thanks! I do only need to see info on track change so Inactive plugin will work nicely.
