Title: Is there a way to have the ‘Action Window’ remain minimized

Is there a way to have the ‘Action Window’ remain minimized when I’m not using any of its functions?
I have to click to minimize it so it doesn’t cover up the lower part of the artist list in the left pane.
Then if I do anything else it will pop up again, the same holds true with the album cover artwork while playing a tune.
It would be great to be able to choose keep minimized for my default preference.

Going one step further, I wouldn't mind the option to turn it off.

I think that does solve Jazz3215's issue, but I actually meant to completely disable the Action Window so it doesn't even show up. I don't think I've ever used it, so it just wastes space in the sidebar.
