Title: Failed to render video stream with Hauppauge Colossus

After upgrading to 18.0.136 and now with 18.0.143, I am unable to use the hauppauge colossus.  I get the 'failed to render video stream' error.  Windows did push down a fix at about the same time that I installed 18.0.136, so I am not sure where the problem lies.  I don't see anything in the log that helps me.  Digital OTA works fine. Has something changed in the analog tuner area that could cause this?
