Why MC18 does not see the cover on sub folder.

I have a folder d:\MyClassicMusic\Mozart\Complete String Quintets this folder has the sub folder CD1, CD2, CD3, Scans. In the scans folder is the cover art and so on.
How can I get this cover art in MC without doing this folder by folder?

I don't think you can.  The rules for cover art are specified in the Cover Art wiki article.
