Title: Is it possible to RENAME folders

Question:  Is it possible to cause MC to rename the folder that contains MC files.  Fine point is that I want to rename the folder, NOT create a new folder and move the MC files.  This is important so that other files in the folder (eg, cover art) are not left behind.

Have a look at Tools > Library tools > Rename, Move & Copy files

To my knowledge this dialog will not accomplish rename the enclosing folders.  Instead it creates new folders and copies files.

You can rename folders in MC's Explorer.
