Title: Only plays through MBP speakers

Hi

Since I introduced a USB/SPDIF converter between my MacBook Pro and my DAC, MC will only play music through the internal MBP speakers!
I have MBP settings and audio midi setup set to the converter and other music software plays properly, so I can only assume there is a setting
somewhere on MC that I need to change. Before I put the converter in, it played fine.

Any clues please?

Please say where the setting is Philip; I am at the same point you were.

Hi Michael

Tools>Options>output Mode Settings

Choose your DAC/Converter from the dropdown menu.
