I am really perplexed that a company can sell software and just offer a user forum for support and not provide even an email address for problems? :(

Just to explain a little...
Our price point doesn't allow us to provide a lot of personal support, so we use the forum. When we answer a question on the forum, hundreds of people may benefit. The forum also puts you in touch with others who have the same equipment or the same problems.
