Title: Video appearing "on top"

I'm not sure when this changed, but for some reason, video keeps ending up on top of other windows when it's playing fullscreen. (ROHQ in Windowed mode with Overlay disabled)

If I double-click to send it to the "Display" view, and double-click again to make it fullscreen once more, it's no longer on top of other windows when I alt-tab to something else.

Oh, and I'm also having a problem where I am left with a "Pause (double-click to Stop)" tooltip wherever the mouse cursor was when playing through a list of videos:

This also relates to the double-click issue I have (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=78992.0), where double-clicking in a library view that has multiple videos tries playing all of them, which is really stupid behavior.
