how do I import the discographies divided by album?

Ho già utilizzato google traslate adesso descrivo il problema nella mia lingua e vediamo se si riesce a capire

il problema è che con jriver 180146 quando importo la discografia di un cantante non riesce a riconosce attraverso tag id3 il titolo dell'album
quindi raggruppa le canzoni in 1 sola cartella, mentre con jriver 180144 riesce a riconoscere tag id3 e quindi divise le discografie per album

I think the word "discographies" confused us!  We would just say track listings, or just tracks.  And the bigger description of the problem helps.

It looks like what is happening is that when you import files, the Album and Genre tags are not populating. Where do these files come from?

vengono da hard disk il problema è solo con la versione jriver 180146

Are you saying that the previous version of JRiver displayed the albums correctly but after upgrading it, the album and genre tags disappeared?

Did you start with an empty library in the new version and import the files again, or did you just allow JRiver to copy over the old library?

yes la prima versione 180144 ok !
la seconda versione 180146 l'ho installata dopo aver disistallato la prima 180144 da questo problema

provato su 3 computer

Wasn't this a problem recently fixed because some input plugins wouldn't register properly on a clean install?
