Title: Can't get Gizmo to launch on JR 18

I just installed JR 18, and went into the menus and clicked on launch web Gizmo.  The browser opened but got "page can not be displayed" for both Chrome and IE.  Any ideas on why and how to fix?

It's working here.

Perhaps you have a firewall or security program blocking the Media Network features?
