Title: USB Sync sorting issue
Post by: excalibur470 on March 25, 2013, 06:06:12 am
I have to sync my library with a Sony car audio system (DSX-S300BTX) through an USB memory pen, but there is a playback sorting order problem.
It seems that Sony device sorts mp3 using date&time file creation instead of using Track# tag or alphabetical file name.
Probably MC transfers files using the same criteria (date and time) and I am not able to play tracks with the right order.
I would like to know if there is a way for sync USB devices in order to obtain the right sorting.
Thank for your help

Hi,
Did you get any replies? I have the exact same problem, can't sort this out. The information is retained in file info but in my case, the export file puts Everything in alphabetical order. If you found a solution, I'd be interested to hear it!

Best regards,
Erling
