Title: Registration restoral

I received an email stating that my registration was revoked, because I used it in trying to get support for it needing to be constantly restored in windows 8.  I understand listing it to get support was a mistake that  I will not make again, not understanding completely how this forum fully works I getting support.  I would like to know what I need to do to get my registration reinstated, and ask you to parton my mistake.
