Title: Burning Recorded TV to Disc

I've searched the forum a couple times and haven't been able to find an answer to this.  If I have some TV recorded to .jtv format on my computer, and I want to burn it to disc in some easily readable/standard format/container so that my neighbor can see a show I've been talking about, how do I do this?  Does MC 18 have a conversion for video files?  Do I download another 3rd party converter and change the file extension to a more widely recognized container format?

Any thoughts or pointers would be appreciated.

You should be able to burn a DVD in MC and drag the files to it.
