Yes.

Click on Search above, click of advanced, click on Titles only, search for "ISO".

yes but

1. if iso = image file created from DVD or BD rip then MC plays it not natively (ie you need an image mounter such as virtual clone drive)
2. if iso = image file created from SACD rip then MC plays it natively (drag and drop or import into the player)
