Title: Requesting upgrade refund

upgraded to 18, it crashed within the first 2 minutes of use on Win8 PC.  I do not have time to troubleshoot and want my money back please.

NOTE:
I have used this produce for years love the way it works but not the stability.  I will come back when you have version 20 and take a re-look, for now I will use 15.
