Title: Tagging sets Date Created to Date Modified

I'm relying heavily on the files' creation date/time for sorting purposes.
Now i had to experience that the Date Created field is updated with the current date/time (= Date Modified) when tagged.

Also date/time is displayed like 04/06/13 11:36:56 AM instead of the local format 06.04.2013 11:36:56 for a German OS.
