Title: Hangs On Open

After a series of crashes my MC 18 for Mac now always crashes on open. I just get a grey page and spinning beach ball and need to force quit. 2.3GHz Core i7 with 10.8.3. Crash report attached (pdf as not allowed to upload .hang files)

I have tried trashing, restarting and reinstalling with the latest version but same problem. Must be some preference or other files I can't locate?

Managed to fix problem. I located the preference files in "user"/Library/Application Support/J River/ (you first need to unhide "Library") and trashed the "Settings" folder. Media Center then opened normally.
