When I "double click" to play the entire library. What is causing this? It is getting very frustrating.
-
In addition, it displays completely the wrong art work for each track?
-
What build are you using?
If not 18.0.164, please update from the top of this board.
-
I have updated and it still crashes!
-
Please capture a crash log using Help > Logging and mail it to logs at jriver dot com.
Thanks.
-
Thanks Matt - when I do this it just outputs a system info .text? No crash log?

Thanks Jim - it finally seemed to do it on the desktop and mailed it to the link.
Thanks

The log didn't capture a play or a crash.
You need to get a crash, then launch, then save the log. More here:

Thanks.

This root does not exist:
c:\Document Settings\user_name\Application Data\J River\[Program Name]\log.txt
-
Help > Logging will save logs to your desktop when you pick 'Report problem...'.
-
Right, now sent what I think is a crash log report! Thank you very much for your patience
-
Thanks for the log.
It looks like the last thing the program was doing was analyzing a WAV file it didn't like:
Z:\Music\Downloaded Flacs\William Orbit - Barber's Adagio for Strings CD Single (FLAC-EAC-CUE)\02 - William Orbit - Adagio for Strings (Original Version).wav
Could you send a copy of that file to logs at jriver dot com? You could use Dropbox or Google Drive if the file is too large for email.
Thanks.

Hi Matt
I have uploaded the file to dropbox and emailed the link to logs. I have also removed it from my system. I am, however, still getting crashes so I have sent to you another crash log post removing the suspected file.
Thanks
Paul

We had problems when a CUE file pointed to a missing WAV file. It will be fixed next build.
Thanks to Paul for his help.
