Title: How come foobar converts SACD .iso to FLAC, while MC doesn't?
Post by: psam on April 09, 2013, 01:19:59 pm
I tried to burn a CD from a playlist using MC. Two tracks were in sacd format in my library. Up to the first SACD track everything was OK. After that track, the CD is not usable.

I wasted 4 empty CDs trying. Two different brands....

I converted these two tracks from SACD format to FLAC using foobar, replaced the tracks in the playlist, and Voila! The CD was burned just fine.

How come foobar converts SACD .iso to FLAC, while MC doesn't?

Do their developers use a magic compiler?

Sorry about that.

Next build:
Fixed: Burning of SACD ISO tracks to a regular audio CD was not working.
