Title: Start MC using Remote

Is there anyway to start MC using the remote control?
My TV has issues when my PC comes out of standby when MC is running. (The picture just displays in the top quarter of my screen). My thought is to start it once the tv is on but I don't know how to do this. The biggest problem I seem to be facing is stability with MC when coming out of standby.
My intention is to stop MC before the PC goes into standby

If you run Media Server on Windows startup, it will respond to the Green Button on a Media Center Remote.  You could read more in the wiki topics on these subjects.

How can I buy the remote control? When I try to do this from the wiki page, it directs me to a page that does not let me buy it. Please advise.
