Title: importing files error

I have just installed MC and pointed it at my music folder to create it's database. It reported errors.

When I checked the details 1 of the files was "2 source\l'eveil.m4p"

then I imported again, just pointing to the 2 source folder, and it imported with no error!

Can anyone explain this behaviour?

how can I be confident my music is properly imported if this is happening

Welcome.

I'm not sure what might have happened.  Perhaps the file was in use by another program or something?

Please let us know if the problem occurs again.
